Laserfiche has experienced significant international growth over the past several years, and to capitalize on the enormous potential for business in the Asia Pacific region, we’ve opened a new office in Hong Kong.
Under the guidance of Managing Director Phyllis Chen, the Hong Kong office will provide localized account management services and marketing support to our Pacific Rim resellers. It will also provide our Asia-Pacific customers with a product that is best suited to local language and compliance requirements.
“Laserfiche ECM solutions enable organizations to benefit from global control over standards without sacrificing local flexibility,” said Chen. “By opening an office in Hong Kong, Laserfiche has embraced this idea as part of its management philosophy as well. I’m thrilled to be a part of this effort and excited to bring our best-in-class ECM solutions to a broader Asia-Pacific customer base.”
Nien-Ling Wacker, Laserfiche president and CEO, recently visited the new Hong Kong office. During that trip, she was interviewed on Bloomberg Television News - Asia Confidential about how to use Laserfiche to achieve a secure and efficient paperless office:
The program highlights Laserfiche as a company that helps organizations “go clean and green and get all that clutter out of your environment.” During the interview, Nien-Ling pointed out that Laserfiche ECM not only helps organizations “go paperless,” but it securely manages many other types of organizational content as well, including audio and video files, e-mail, photos, instant messages and more. This makes it an ideal solution for companies concerned with compliance and e-discovery.
“Laserfiche has spent the last 20 years helping organizations to decrease their dependence on paper documents,” she said. “As a company, we’ve now entered a new phase by adding ECM and BPM functionality to our solutions. Our customers use Laserfiche to enable intelligent routing of all types of content and facilitate smart, swift decision-making.”
With over 28,000 customers worldwide, Laserfiche already has a strong global presence, with headquarters in Long Beach, California, and a robust reseller network across the United States, the Middle East, Mexico, Latin America, Canada and the UK.
