Synology® Announces Winners of SRM 1.1 Beta Reward Program
Wednesday, 27 July 2016 00:00

Synology® Inc. today announced the winners of the Synology Router Manager (SRM) 1.1 Beta Reward Program. This program encourages users to participate in the beta testing process and provide feedback that helps Synology develop a better user experience.

During the SRM 1.1 Beta Program, Synology received great ideas and suggestions from users around the world. Three users contributed particularly helpful feedback and suggestions. In recognition of their support, Synology is happy to award each of these users a Synology Router RT1900ac.

The three winners recently shared their experience regarding the SRM 1.1 Beta Program and Synology Router RT1900ac:

Gert-Jan Timmer from the Netherlands wrote: "I've used Synology NAS for several years now, and I just replaced my old router with a Synology RT1900ac. In comparison to all the routers I've used over the last decade, the Synology is by far the best. The usability and configuration is much easier and human-friendly. The VPN support is truly amazing; it allows me to connect to my home network from anywhere in the world. The best part is the easy setup. In addition, the support team of Synology is very fast; and one of the best things about the support is that if you come up with an idea or a new feature, you are taken seriously. They even ask for more information about your idea or feature so they can use it to improve the products. I'm very satisfied with it and would recommend it to anyone."

Marco Zanchi from Italy wrote: "With the RT1900ac, Synology has created a new standard which unifies all the functions of the best routers and the features typically found on a next-generation firewall. Users can manage two connections simultaneous, manage advanced Wi-Fi access, protect their LAN, manage access to the internet, control and filter device access. All with the quality, reliability, and support typical of the Synology brand."

Wang Hongze from China wrote: "This is my first time using one of Synology's products, and the Synology Router RT1900ac in use is extremely stable, even beyond my imagination. The signal strength is very satisfactory to me. Also, the provided NAS function is quite powerful. I am very satisfied and would recommend Synology Router Manager anytime."

Synology Router Manager (SRM) 1.1 beta is free to download and can be installed on Synology Router RT1900ac.
